Right of Withdrawal

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.

Your right to cancel within 14 days

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive your order to cancel your purchase, without needing to provide any reason or incur any penalty, as established by EU Directive 2023/2673 and consumer protection laws applicable in your country.

The refund will be processed within the statutory time limit applicable to your purchase.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY

EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections cover cases that might apply to this shop: remove those relating to products or services that you do not sell.

Digital content downloaded with your express consent

When you purchase digital content, such as downloadable files, streaming videos, online courses with immediate access, software licences, etc., and expressly request its immediate supply, acknowledging that in doing so you forfeit your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies — Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Express consent is obtained at the point of checkout.

Services commenced during the cooling-off period at your request

When you ask us to start providing a service before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period, you can still cancel, but you'll owe us a proportional amount for the work already performed — Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Your express request is recorded at checkout.

Personalised items, perishable items, sealed items for hygiene reasons or unsealed records

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as perishable goods, sealed items for hygiene or health protection reasons which have been opened after delivery, and audio, video or sealed software recordings which have been opened after delivery, are excluded from the right of withdrawal — Art. 16, letters a), c), d), e), i), of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Accommodation, rental, catering or leisure services linked to a date

Services related to a specific date or period of performance, such as accommodation other than for residential purposes, for example hotels and holiday homes, vehicle rental, carriage of goods, catering services and leisure services, such as event tickets, are excluded from the right of withdrawal - Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
